The Pacemaker Team:

David McCormick- One of the company’s partners and our office manager, David has vast experience and a huge network of contacts within the media which comes with over 24 years of working at Pacemaker.

Stephen Davison- Managing Director/Senior Photographer. The other Pacemaker partner, Stephen is a multi -award winning photographer and author with over twenty years experience as a photographer at Pacemaker. Stephen is a former Northern Ireland press photographer of the year, and has 6 best selling books to his name.

Charles McQuillan- Charles joined Pacemaker seven years ago and has won Northern Ireland Press Photographer of the Year, National Association of Press Agencies Photographer of the Year and UK Photographers’ Association Features Photographer of the Year in recent years. Charles is the current NIPPA Sports Photographer of the Year.

Arthur Allison- A senior staff photographer with Pacemaker for over ten years and the agency’s senior public relations photographer, Arthur has also won many awards for his news, sport and features photography. A renowned studio photographer with a wealth of experience

Colm Lenaghan- Colm has been a Pacemaker photographer for five years. He joined us after a very successful spell freelancing in Belfast for the Irish News and Belfast Telegraph. He finished runner-up to Charles in the 2008 Northern Ireland Press Photographers’ Competition, and won the Features category.

We also have a string of freelance photographers spread the length and breadth of Northern Ireland covering assignments on a daily basis.
